Privacy Policy

PlutoCloud ("PlutoCloud", "we", "us") provides ShipCore, logistics execution software for SAP, and SAP logistics consulting. This policy covers the websites www.plutocloud.com and plutocloud.com.

It does not cover the ShipCore product itself. Data that our customers process in ShipCore is handled under their agreement with us.

Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us through a form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Work email address
• Company
• Your primary SAP or ERP environment (optional)
• Your message (optional)

If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your email address or phone number.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted it from and your browser's user agent (browser and device type). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

What we do not collect. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no tracking across other websites, and no sensitive categories of personal information. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the message field.

• To respond to your request and arrange a demo or a conversation
• To manage our business relationship with you and your company
• To keep the website secure and filter automated spam, for example with a hidden form field and a timing check
• To meet our legal obligations

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use a small number of service providers. They may process your information only on our instructions:

• Vercel hosts this website
• Supabase stores form submissions in a database located in the United States
• Resend delivers the notification email that tells our team a form was submitted
• Microsoft 365 is our company email, where those notifications and your emails arrive

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In that case this policy continues to apply to it.

PlutoCloud is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States.

We keep demo and contact requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, to manage our relationship with you or your company, and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Form submissions are written by our server to a database that is not publicly readable, and access is limited to authorized PlutoCloud staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information.

To make a request, email sales@plutocloud.com from the address you used to contact us, or call +1 855-758-8625. We will respond within the time the law allows, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Our website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own.

This website is meant for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

When we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
